Favorite Healthcare Staffing, LLC is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison with clients, optimizing orders and service delivery. You will guide pricing, expand offerings, and drive growth across multiple service lines while tracking performance metrics.

The role requires 2-5+ years in client-facing roles, strong relationship skills, and experience with Salesforce or HubSpot. This is a full-time on-site position based in Chicago.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or a client-facing role with revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship and communication skills; ability to build long-term client partnerships.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients regarding orders and service delivery and provide expert guidance on client rates and service lines.
  • Drive growth by increasing order volume and expanding service offerings across per diem, contract, clinical, allied, non-clinical, locums, and international services.
  • Meet and exceed metrics set by the Account Management Supervisor; track opportunities and account growth using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with all business units to enhance account management and operational effectiveness; participate in quarterly client reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for new programs and improvements to enhance client satisfaction and service effectiveness.
  • Monitor client partnership health and maintain long-term profitability for key accounts.

Position Details
Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary liaison for clients regarding orders and service delivery. Provide expert guidance on client rates and service lines to optimize engagement. Maintain professional, responsive communication with all client partners and internal teams.

Growth and Expansion

Drive GM growth by increasing order volume and improving fill rates. Expand service offerings to include per diem, contract, clinical, allied, non-clinical, locums, international services, and more. Foster strategic partnerships, including MSP and corporate conversions, to support business expansion. Ensure markup retention and stability to maximize profitability.

Performance Metrics

Meet and exceed goals and metrics as set by the Account Management Supervisor. Leverage business analytics tools to track and report on opportunities, account growth, and stability. Monitor and enhance key performance indicators, including time-to-fill, overall order fulfillment, and cancellation reduction.

Collaboration and Operational Excellence

Work closely with all business units to enhance account management and operational effectiveness. Partner with Program Managers on quarterly client reviews and identify opportunities for growth. Implement new or improved program opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service effectiveness.

Process Improvement

Continuously seek and implement improvements to internal processes in alignment with the Account Management Supervisor. Adhere to standard operating procedures established by the Senior Director of Account Management.

Client Partnership Health

Assess and monitor the health of each client partnership to ensure long-term viability and satisfaction. Drive core production for client accounts by focusing on key performance indicators and strategic goals.

Core Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 2-5+ years in account management, sales, customer success, or a client-facing role. Proven track record of managing client relationships and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Experience handling multiple accounts or projects at once.
