Account Manager - German speaker, 45k-50k + Bonus and car allowance, Remote.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, German and English speaking account manager to join a highly reputable, sustainably driven, global travel company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing their B2B customer base across Germany. The role is UK-based, ideally near London, with extensive travel to Germany.

Responsibilities

1. Drive revenue growth through effective account management and development of partners.
2. Seek out new partners to expand the customer base.
3. Translate data and market insights into commercial action plans.
4. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with customers to negotiate agreements.
5. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven sales and/or account management experience in the travel industry, with a track record of achieving targets.
2. Fluent in German and English.
3. Knowledge of the German travel market is preferred.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Numerically and commercially astute.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
7. Experience with Salesforce and BI tools is a plus.

Additional Details

The role is remote, ideally near London. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £50,000 plus up to 20% bonus, car allowance, and other benefits.
