Are you early in your career but already fluent in the language of the multifamily industry: What unit turns look like, what Property Managers care about, and what it takes to activate and grow an account?
At 360 Apartment Renovations, we’re transforming how apartment turns and renovations get done across Texas and beyond. We’re not looking for the most seasoned sales veteran. We’re looking for someone hungry, adaptable, organized, and ready to take ownership of the Austin market.
About the Role
As an Account Manager in Austin, you’ll be the local connection between prospective clients, active accounts, and our internal teams.
This is not a traditional desk-based sales role. You’ll visit apartment communities, build relationships with Property Managers and Regional Managers, support account activation and retention, and help turn prospecting efforts into real business opportunities.
You’ll work closely with our Appointment Setters, Customer Service team in Buenos Aires, Operations team, and field personnel. Clear, consistent, and organized communication will be essential to keeping everyone aligned, following up at the right time, and achieving our growth goals.
This position is based in Austin, Texas, and requires regular travel throughout the local territory.
What You’ll Do
- Property Acquisition & Account Activation: Visit apartment communities and connect with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and other decision-makers. Turn initial conversations and appointments into active client relationships.
- Appointment Setter Collaboration: Maintain constant communication with our Appointment Setters. Review the results of their cold-calling efforts, attend scheduled property visits, and provide clear feedback on lead quality, conversations, objections, and next steps.
- Field Visits & Follow-Up: Regularly visit prospective and active properties across the Austin market. Document every interaction and ensure opportunities continue moving forward after each visit.
- Client Retention & Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships that go beyond the first project. Stay close to clients, understand their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities to expand each account.
- Client and Internal Communication: Act as a reliable bridge between prospects, active clients, Customer Service, Operations, and Field teams. Fluency in Spanish is essential for daily collaboration with our Buenos Aires team.
- Pricing & Quoting Support: Review price books, gather accurate property information, support the preparation of competitive quotes, and work with leadership to strengthen proposals.
- Sales Process Ownership: Manage opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, site visits, quoting, follow-up, account activation, and handoff to Operations.
- CRM & Information Management: Keep client information, visit notes, follow-up activities, account status, and next steps updated accurately and on time. Make sure every team member has the information needed to take action.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Maintain fluid and organized communication across teams so that what gets promised is properly quoted, scheduled, and delivered.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about Austin-area multifamily activity, competitor behavior, client feedback, and market opportunities—share those insights with the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in multifamily, property management, vendor services, construction services, or B2B account management
- Based in Austin, Texas, with reliable transportation and availability to visit properties regularly
- Bilingual English/Spanish—you’ll use both every day
- Solid understanding of apartment operations, including unit turns, make-readies, and vendor coordination
- Proven ability to build relationships, activate accounts, and manage clients from first contact through retention
- Highly organized and accountable—you follow through, meet deadlines, and keep CRM notes and next steps updated without reminders
- Clear, proactive communicator who keeps Appointment Setters, Customer Service, Operations, and clients aligned
- Comfortable managing multiple properties, appointments, quotes, and follow-ups simultaneously
- Results-driven and willing to be accountable for property visits, account activations, retention, and revenue growth
- Existing relationships in the Austin multifamily market are a strong plus
Why 360 Apartment Renovations?

- The opportunity to sell a genuinely differentiated service
- Close collaboration with leadership and teams across the organization
- Base salary plus performance-based compensation
- A front-row seat to a company scaling across Texas and beyond.
