  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Achieve revenue targets associated with assigned accounts.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers, including both operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain account plans aligned with customer goals and business objectives.
  • Guide customers through lifecycle stages including onboarding, renewals, and service.
  • Partner with internal teams (sales, support, product, operations) to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
  • Monitor customer health, usage trends, and engagement to proactively identify risks or issues.
  • Maintain accurate account records, activity tracking, and forecasts in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Provide customer feedback and insights to internal teams to support product and service improvements.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Job Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers and

delivering high-quality account support to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue

growth.This role focuses on building strong client relationships, executing account management

activities, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The Account Manager works closely

with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with client needs.

Role Scope & Accountability

This Individual Contributor role owns execution of account management responsibilities for an

assigned portfolio of customers. The Account Manager has autonomy in how they manage

relationships, prioritize accounts, and drive outcomes within established sales processes and

targets.

Success is measured by customer retention, revenue growth, account health, and the quality and

consistency of client engagement. This role is responsible for delivering results through effective

execution, proactive communication, and problem-solving.
