Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and carriers via phone, email, and written communication.
• Support teammates by following up with clients and prospects.
• Research and resolve coverage-related questions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via phone or email.
• Maintain accurate client files and process routine correspondence using software.
• Prioritize and process client service requests with timely submission to carriers.
• Handle financial transactions as they come in.
• Review renewals at least 60 days before expiration.
• Manage underwriting memos daily and conduct account remarketing as needed.
• Perform data entry and other admin tasks.
• Submit change and cancellation requests electronically.
• Identify opportunities for new lines of insurance through consultative selling.
• Foster professional relationships with clients and team members.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, prospects, and insurance carriers through phone, email, and written communication.
• Provide support to teammates by following up with clients and prospects.
• Research and resolve coverage-related questions.
• Respond promptly to client needs via phone or electronic communication.
• Maintain accurate client files and process routine correspondence using various software programs.
• Prioritize and process client service requests, ensuring timely submission to insurance carriers.
• Handle financial transactions on the day they are received.
• Review and process policy renewals at least 60 days prior to expiration.
• Manage and process underwriting memos daily.
• Conduct account remarketing as needed.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Submit change requests, cancellation requests, and other transactions electronically or via the internet.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for additional lines of insurance through consultative selling.
• Foster positive working relationships with clients and team members, maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AMS 360 is highly desirable.
