Job summary

The Imagine Group is seeking an Account Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in client services and project management. You will work with Customer Partnership Managers and Account Managers to coordinate print, packaging, and retail initiatives, learning how teams collaborate to deliver customer-focused solutions from concept to execution.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Communications, or Project Management.
• Must be a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the business.
• Customer-focused with a “can do” attitude.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate print, packaging, and retail initiatives while learning how teams collaborate to bring customer-focused solutions from concept to execution.
• Support and shadow high-volume account teams during deliverables and learn how deliverables are managed across projects.
• Develop knowledge of commercial print and marketing execution processes across industries such as retail, consumer goods, and healthcare.
• Strengthen business communication and presentation skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams and project-based work.
• Collaborate with other interns to design and complete a project aligned with team interests and business objectives.
