Job summary

Sensis in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Account Management Intern to gain hands-on experience in a full-service marketing environment. This part-time, paid internship offers exposure to project planning, documentation, and cross-department collaboration while supporting the account services team.

You will assist with schedules, meetings, and client activities, and contribute to social media, newsletters, and events.

Qualifications

• Current senior, graduate student, or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills.
• High degree of flexibility.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• “Can do” attitude.
• Experience in internships, especially in a related field, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the account services team with planning and maintenance of project schedules, documentation, and risk identification and mitigation.
• Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up.
• Assist in daily project management activities for several key clients.
• Contribute to the account management process across agency departments including research, strategy, and creative.
• Support internal Sensis marketing efforts like social media, email newsletters, and events.
• Assist in administrative efforts to support the office.
