Job summary

Sensis in Los Angeles, CA is offering an Account Management Intern position. The role is part-time and paid, serving to support the account services team with scheduling, documentation, and client coordination.

You will assist in meeting prep, project management activities, research, and collaboration across departments. The internship also supports Sensis marketing efforts and administrative tasks at the LA office.

Qualifications

• Current senior, graduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong writing skills
• High degree of flexibility
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• “Can do” attitude.
• Experience in previous internship roles, especially in a related field, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the account services team with planning and maintenance of project schedules, documentation, and risk identification and mitigation, as needed
• Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up.
• Assist in daily project management activities for several of our key clients.
• Contribute to the account management process across agency departments including research, strategy, and creative.
• Support internal Sensis marketing efforts like social media, email newsletters, and events.
• Assist in administrative efforts to support the DC area office.

Compensation

The hourly range for this role is $17.81.
