Job description

With general direction, sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects across various industries. Exercise broad knowledge of the organization's services, products, and marketing techniques to achieve market share growth and operational goals.

Develop creative sales strategies to contact prospects, create opportunities, and increase revenue.

Cultivate and develop strong business relationships with customers and prospects.

Represent the eyewear line of business in all sales activities.

Work independently, leveraging team and partner support to exceed sales quotas and achieve balanced product line results.

Apply innovative ideas and solutions to customer business problems by understanding their needs and requirements.

Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and market trends to provide accurate information.

Identify and communicate future customer requirements and feedback to relevant divisions.

Act as a liaison between departments and customers to ensure service levels meet expectations. Collaborate with marketing and product development to address customer needs and analyze market data.

Utilize sales automation systems for inquiries, record-keeping, and reporting.

Job Specifications

Typically requires:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three+ years of sales experience with account management, servicing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Results-driven with strong planning, organizational, and detail orientation
  • Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue goals with small to medium accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in developing B2B relationships
  • Adaptability, resilience, patience, and openness to new ideas
  • Resourcefulness and ability to build trusting relationships
  • Problem-solving skills for generating solutions and resolving issues
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple sales opportunities effectively
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with initiative and minimal supervision

Additional requirements include:

  • Travel more than 50% of the time
  • Clean driving record

Compensation ranges from $58,656 to $84,025.50, with potential bonuses and commissions. For more info, click here.
