What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Grow the active auto dealership base by training and coaching on the online vehicle remarketing platform, SmartAuction
- Conduct daily in-person customer contacts to enhance dealer engagement
- Facilitate dealer introductions, onboarding, and sales support as needed
- Ensure dealer customers are informed about promotions and incentives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B/outside sales or dealer interfacing
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in the financial services or automotive industry preferred
- Strong direct selling skills conducive to a commission-based compensation plan
- Ability to manage projects and leverage technical expertise to drive business results
