What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell finance & insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals while effectively overcoming objections
- Service current customers by maintaining rapport and evaluating their needs for new opportunities
- Identify non-F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to qualify prospects
- Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure knowledge of Ally’s products
- Stay updated on competitors and market challenges while participating in training and industry involvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Retail dealership or dealer interfacing B2B sales experience required
- Ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers
- Exceptional business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry designations are beneficial
- Experience in problem-solving and managing conflicting priorities
- Proven track record of accountability and effective task prioritization
