The Opportunity


  • Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Baltimore, MD area, with local travel required. Company vehicle provided.
  • Responsible for developing vehicle remarketing fee revenue within a defined territory to meet targets.
  • Grow the active auto dealership base by training and coaching on our online platform, SmartAuction.
  • Conduct in-person customer contacts daily within the territory to increase engagement and utilization.
  • Attend meetings, trade shows, and manage special projects as needed.

The Work Itself


  • Increase buying and selling of used vehicles through SmartAuction.
  • Train and support dealer customers in utilizing SmartAuction.
  • Facilitate dealer onboarding, training, and provide sales support.
  • Keep dealer customers informed about promotions and incentives.
  • Maintain daily in-person contacts with dealers.
  • Lead or assist with training sessions via Zoom or in person.

The Skills You Bring


  • Minimum 3 years of experience required.
  • Experience in B2B/outside sales or dealer interactions required.
  • Automotive or vehicle remarketing experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
  • Ability to advise and provide direction in your expertise.
  • Leverage technical skills and relationships to contribute strategically.
  • Manage and contribute to projects effectively.
  • Strong direct selling skills suitable for commission-based pay.
