Job summary

Job description

We are looking for an Associate Account Executive to join us. Let’s see if we are a good fit for each other!

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the services industry (e.g., software development, IT consulting, professional services).
  • A strong understanding of sales methodologies and a keen interest in custom software development and consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive client-focused sales cycles and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace Suite.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across North America.
Nice-to-have skills
Responsibilities
  • Process inbound leads, ensuring thorough follow-up and professional interactions with all Emerline leads.
  • Close business and run full deal cycles with SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
  • Perform account management activities for existing SMB and Mid-Market accounts within Emerline, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion of our services.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position Emerline's services.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences, actively promoting Emerline's services and brand.
  • Work closely with the Director of Client Solutions and the Director of Strategic Accounts.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and seize opportunities for enhancement.
