Goosehead Insurance, through The Altis Agency in San Antonio, TX, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business revenue. You will be trained in Salesforce, sales process management, and business development to build a robust book of business.

You’ll prospect referral partners in real estate and mortgage, tailor insurance solutions from a large carrier portfolio, and earn uncapped commissions with opportunities for renewal income and annual President’s Club recognition.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
