Job summary

Thélios, the LVMH eyewear group, is seeking an Account Executive, Travel Retail - Americas, to drive revenue and growth across the Americas Travel Retail channel. You will manage accounts, budgets, KPIs, and marketing initiatives, building partnerships with regional partners, leading TMKG activities, collaborating with Customer Service, and monitoring market trends.

Requirements include 5–8 years in Travel Retail, experience in eyewear or luxury goods, fluent English, and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, turnover, and profitability by managing accounts across the assigned geographic region.
• Manage the regional budget and allocate investments in alignment with Maison strategy and business priorities.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Expand Maison presence within the channel, increasing market share, brand visibility, and image.
• Develop and execute 360° customer marketing initiatives, including training, staffing, and visibility programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional partners.
• Lead Trade Marketing (TMKG) activities across the region.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to optimize partner support, business processes, and service levels.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, TRAVEL RETAIL - AMERICAS

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the development, management, and profitable growth of the Travel Retail Channel across the Americas Region, leading the definition and implementation of key tools, strategic plans, and commercial initiatives to support business expansion and performance.

PROFILE

5–8 years of experience in the Travel Retail industry with a strong track record in sales and business development.

• Experience in eyewear, luxury goods, or selective distribution channels is highly preferred.
• Results-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, relationship-building abilities, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Additional Information

The hiring range for this position ranges from $85,000 - $100,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, there are opportunities to earn additional performance-based incentives, offering significant additional earning potential.
