Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is seeking an Account Executive Trainee to help ship freight nationwide, 24/7/365. The role includes fully paid training, ongoing coaching, and a fast track to promotion within a high-energy sales team.

You will build a client portfolio through cold calling, negotiate pricing, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers, coordinating with Logistics Coordinators to handle load and grow business. Comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

• Update tracking system accurately throughout the day
• Be the trusted advisor to your customer, helping manage their logistics challenges
• Liaise with Logistics Coordinators to help shoulder your load and allow you to bring in more business
• Seek out promotional opportunities to move up the ranks
• Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, including rates, capacities, and carriers.
