Job Overview

This role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas by supporting your team in acquiring accounts across multiple territories, with the opportunity to own a geographic area. You will sell products, services, and solutions to attract new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. Analyzing customer needs and applying solution-based selling techniques, you will demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's offerings and tailor recommendations to close sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, including recommending suitable plans, devices, and accessories.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and sales meetings.
  • Create innovative sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Utilize sales automation tools, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of verifiable sales experience in customer acquisition, preferably in a commissioned environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment (Required).
  • Experience delivering superior customer service (Required).
  • Excellent communication skills (Required).
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills (Required).
  • Proposal writing experience (Preferred).
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
