Job Overview

This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, with the opportunity to own a geographic territory. The incumbent will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. They will analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring recommendations to negotiate and close business.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Under sales manager supervision, generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  2. Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Recommend wireless solutions regarding price plans, data, enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
  3. Negotiate and close deals.
  4. Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management. Participate in training and sales meetings.
  5. Devise creative sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  6. Use sales automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools effectively. Manage sales funnel and generate reports on sales activities and forecasts.
  7. Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Task Management: Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. (Required)
    • Customer Service: Proven experience delivering superior service and attention to detail. (Required)
    • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral skills. (Required)
    • Negotiation: Effective closing skills. (Required)
    • Proposal Writing: Experience in preparing and following up on proposals and quotations. (Preferred)
  • Licenses and Certifications: At least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, including incentives
Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640
