Job Overview

We are seeking results-oriented sales professionals to build relationships with customers and offer our products and services. This field sales role requires residing within the Fayetteville/Raleigh, NC area, as it involves meeting and exceeding sales quotas through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking to acquire new accounts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting and networking under sales manager supervision.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, including recommending solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Participate in training and sales meetings to develop skills.
  • Create effective sales approaches and proposals.
  • Utilize sales tools to manage the sales funnel and report on activities and forecasts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of verifiable sales experience in customer acquisition, preferably in a commission-based environment.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment (Required).
  • Superior customer service and attention to detail (Required).
  • Excellent communication skills (Required).
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills (Required).
  • Experience with proposal writing (Preferred).
Additional Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Travel is required.
Compensation and Benefits

The total target cash pay range is $71,800 - $129,400, with a base pay range of $43,080 - $77,640, depending on location, qualifications, and experience. Employees are also eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
