Job description

Job Overview

This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, with the potential to own a geographic territory. You will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. Analyzing customer needs and applying solution-based selling techniques, you will demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring recommendations to negotiate and close deals.

Note: Although listed as "remote," candidates must reside within the Raleigh/Fayetteville, NC territory as this is a field sales role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, including recommending plans, data options, devices, and accessories.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and sales meetings.
  • Devise creative sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Utilize sales automation and prospecting tools to manage the sales funnel and generate reports.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment requiring multitasking (Required).
  • Experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required).
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills (Required).
  • Experience in proposal writing and delivering product/service proposals (Preferred).

Additional requirements include being at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and willing to travel as needed.
