Job description

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Proven success in building key customer relationships, including key decision makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and meet or exceed quotas
  • Native or professional fluency in Spanish; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes; demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple decision makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
  • Ability to confidently build outbound sales pipelines using various channels including cold calls
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Deep understanding of company services and industry positioning
  • Ability to build trust with clients and act as an advisor
  • Forecasting sales to meet monthly targets
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Remote work experience is not required but considered an advantage
  • Fluency in Italian

  • Create detailed 'Land' opportunity deals with accurate close dates and notes
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, managing the entire sales cycle
  • Identify new opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting to close
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
  • Present and communicate effectively with potential clients
  • Promptly address client questions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate internally with departments supporting client experience and processes
  • Close deals efficiently, guiding clients through the process
  • Understand the needs of small and mid-sized business clients and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Generate leads through calls, visits, networking, and industry events
  • Report to: Manager, Sales
