T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, Business Team Sales to hunt and win new small business accounts (1-9 employees) and exceed monthly quotas by showcasing T-Mobile's wireless solutions.

You will build relationships through prospecting, cold calls, and referrals, negotiate deals, and participate in product training while advancing toward an Account Executive, Business Sales career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience preferred.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Sell wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop prospecting and relationship-management skills with leadership.
• Report on sales activities and forecasts.
