About The Role

Franki’s Sales team is seeking an Account Executive (SMB). This person will be responsible for commercializing hospitality businesses on Franki's platform. The right candidate will prospect, qualify leads, and close deals primarily through inside sales. Focus on maximizing client retention and revenue per customer is key.

Location Note

Candidates residing in Texas or California will be given first consideration.

What you’ll do:
  1. Prospect for new clients within the local independent business sector, focusing on hospitality, to expand Franki's customer base.
  2. Qualify potential clients by assessing their needs and fit with Franki's products, ensuring efficient sales efforts.
  3. Maximize customer retention to reduce churn and increase revenue.
  4. Manage and nurture a book of business with disciplined pipeline management.
  5. Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals via inside sales techniques.
  6. Become an expert in Franki's products and services, understanding their value for the hospitality sector.
  7. Gather and provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
  8. Collaborate with the Head of Sales and team to align on strategies and meet sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of outbound sales experience.
  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience, ideally in hospitality.
  • Proficiency in G-suite and email communication.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
Bonus Points:
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience at a food-focused consumer tech company.
