L'Oréal USA, Inc in Miami, FL is seeking an Account Executive - Sephora to drive retail sales for Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics, and Youth to the People at Sephora and ULTA. You will partner with store teams to convert shoppers and elevate in-store execution.

You will lead high-impact artistry education, champion retailer training, and recruit/coaching of freelance beauty advisors to support scheduling and resources using Luxe dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or service industry.
• 3+ years of Beauty or retail management.
• Strong interpersonal communication & empathy.
• Good judgment and collaborative mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales targets across your territory and plan action steps for core franchises and launches.
• Lead artistry education, brand masterclasses, and retailer training to upskill store teams.
• Build retailer relationships, conduct walkthroughs, and optimize merchandising and inventory flow.
• Plan and execute in-store events to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach freelance beauty advisors with scheduling guidance.

A Day in the Life

You drive retail sales and brand equity across Sephora and ULTA doors in the Miami market, championing Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics, and Youth to the People. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you partner shoulder-to-shoulder with store teams to convert shoppers and elevate in-store execution.

• Drive retail sales targets across your territory, building door-by-door action plans to accelerate both core franchises and new product launches.
• Lead high-impact artistry education, brand masterclasses, and retailer training programs to upskill store teams on brand storytelling.
• Build strong relationships with retailer leadership, conducting store walkthroughs and optimizing merchandising standards, inventory flow, and gondola productivity.
• Plan and execute high-energy in-store events that amplify brand awareness, engage local beauty communities, and accelerate customer acquisition.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach freelance beauty advisors, steering scheduling and resource allocation using Luxe sales performance dashboards.

We Are Looking For

You bring a commercial mindset and an ability to inspire teams on the retail floor. You bring:

• Commercial Acumen: Ability to analyze door-level retail performance, identify sales drivers, and deliver against territory targets.
• Retail Operations: Capability to manage inventory escalations, Visual Merchandising execution, and operational retailer partnerships across specialty-multi environments.
• People Development & Coaching: Talent for coaching retail teams and managing freelance beauty specialists through active side-by-side selling.
• Influencing & Partnering: Skilled at building collaborative relationships with multi-brand retailer leadership and store directors.
• Customer Centricity: Deep familiarity with retail beauty tools (such as Color IQ or Glam Lab) to tailor consumer experiences and elevate conversion.

Required Competencies and Interpersonal Skills

• 3 + years in retail or service industry
• 3 + years of Beauty or retail management
• Strong interpersonal communication & empathy skills
• Must possess strong judgment skills
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset
• Experience with Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, One Note & Teams.

What We Offer

• Salary Range: $82,000 - $140,200 The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include *geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
