The San Jose Earthquakes Soccer is seeking an Account Executive, Season Tickets to drive season and group ticket revenue through outbound calls, emails, and meetings. You will represent the club at community events and build lasting relationships with fans in San Jose.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in sales, strong communication, a team mindset, and are willing to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with academic success.
• 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in sports.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
• Willing to work non-traditional hours including nights/weekends.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of MLS and the San Jose Earthquakes a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate season and group ticket revenue via outbound calls, emails, out-of-office meetings, virtual meetings, and stadium tours.
• Participate in ongoing training activities with management and colleagues.
• Represent and promote the San Jose Earthquakes in a fun and professional manner at community events, viewing parties, player meet and greets, sports tournaments, festivals, and more.
• Build relationships with important communities within San Jose including, but not limited to, Mexican, Portuguese, Vietnamese, and college students.
• Meet sales goals set by management.
• Prospect new business.

About The Position

The San Jose Earthquakes are looking for a competitive individual to become our Account Executive, Season Tickets who can provide first-class customer service in all aspects of the job. We are looking for someone who possesses strong communication skills and can build strong relationships in the San Jose community. This person will report to the Manager, Season Tickets.

• Required Bachelor’s degree with academic success
• One or more years of sales experience, preferably in professional sports.
• Self-motivated and self-starter mindset.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Required and able to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Passion for and knowledge of MLS and the San Jose Earthquakes.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment

Salary range: $47,000 + commission
