Job Description

Location for job: Remote - US

We’re looking for a driven sales professional with a strong track record to join our team and accelerate our growth.

Essential Functions
  1. New Business Development
  2. Self-prospect and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  3. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to grow existing accounts while exceeding new business targets.
  4. Engage key decision-makers to define timelines and create urgency for deal closure.
Sales Process & Execution
  1. Conduct strategic conversations with prospects to uncover core business challenges.
  2. Align Wiser’s solutions with prospective customers' pain points to drive value.
  3. Deliver compelling product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.
  4. Communicate Wiser’s value proposition effectively, positioning against competitors and the status quo.
  5. Develop tailored proposals to address client challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
Client Management & Relationship Building
  1. Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and clients.
  2. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  3. Maintain reliable work attendance and meet performance expectations.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience selling software or SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling to brands and/or retailers in the durables or FMCG space is preferred.
  • Comfortable in phone, video, and in-person client interactions.
  • Proven experience using consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Force Management, Mastering the Complex Sale).
  • Naturally curious and adept at uncovering and quantifying customers' complex business challenges.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and results-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive asks.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and a team player with a growth mindset.

Base pay is part of our total compensation, established individually considering experience, education, and other factors. The estimated hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
