A leading company in the public sector software industry seeks an Account Executive to drive sales and manage customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in software sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close sales. This role involves building strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving aggressive sales quotas in a dynamic environment.
The Account Executive (AE) sells software business applications and solutions to new and existing customers for the public sector, incident detection, response, remediation, and security management. Generate, develop, and close sales, manage accounts and ensure a maximized sales pipeline. Prepared to negotiate pricing and contractual agreements. Has a "hunter" mindset and is accountable for achieving sales quotas. Track, monitor, and report sales results and marketing trends. Industry areas : public sector.
