Sr. Technical Account Manager (Administrative)

Position Summary:

Imperva's Technical Account Manager (TAM) program provides enterprise customers with a white-glove experience, driving value through accelerated adoption and maturity. The TAM is a trusted advisor with technical expertise in Imperva products, building relationships, understanding customer environments, and providing ongoing guidance on implementation, expansion, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deploy Imperva's Cloud (Application Security) solutions for designated accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for assigned customers, facilitating effective communication and addressing inquiries.
  • Act as a customer advocate by expediting case resolutions and overcoming operational challenges through collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates on onboarding, system configuration, performance tuning, and share insights on security trends and product updates.
  • Conduct quarterly health checks and service reviews to assess system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze customer data related to case trends, traffic, and security alerts to provide strategic recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • At least 6 years in Technical Support (Tier 2-3) or 4+ years in a Technical Account Manager role.
  • Experience as a TAM or in Pre/Post Sales within web/network/information security industries.
  • Minimum 3 years working with Cloud, Security, or Network products.
  • Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects, onboarding, and escalations related to security, DDoS protection, infrastructure, DNS, application services, website security, CDN, and load balancing.
  • Experience with Internet Security and Networking Technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, Load balancers, Proxies, and Firewalls.

The estimated Total Target Compensation (TTC) range is $90,674 - $165,860 USD annually, including base salary and variable pay. Actual compensation depends on various factors including experience, skills, and company budget.
