Location: Seattle, WA – REMOTE

Finn Partners is looking for an Account Executive to join our Seattle team. Our team is one of the best in the industry. The Account Executive will have the opportunity to work with clients in various industries, from consumer innovations to emerging AI technology. Responsibilities include developing and executing creative, integrated programs utilizing media relations, influencer marketing, social media, and more to meet and exceed client goals. You will create a superior client focus that anticipates, executes, and expands marketing communications solutions.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Write and distribute materials including pitch letters, news releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, prepared remarks, and program elements.
• Develop pitches and collaborate with targeted media on story development.
• Handle media requests.
• Research and monitor clients’ business and industry to maintain current knowledge.
• Create and maintain media lists.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing and distributing publications, preparing meeting agendas, and drafting meeting notes/reports.
• Monitor media coverage affecting clients’ business.
• Research and prepare for new business pitches.
• Assist in account administration duties such as activity reports.
• Proactively develop relationships with external audiences (media, third parties) to convey clients' messages.

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years of communications experience; agency experience preferred.
• A self-starter who takes initiative, is an independent thinker, and excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience overseeing multiple client accounts or similar functions.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• A BA/BS from an accredited university or relevant experience.

Anticipated Salary: $64,500 to $69,500, depending on experience and workplace.
