Hello Patient is seeking an Account Executive to build and accelerate our presence in the physical therapy market. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close—while building relationships with PT and orthopedic organizations and the operators who run them.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business.
• Strong knowledge of the physical therapy market and the people, organizations, and buying dynamics within it.
• Existing relationships or a strong network within PT, orthopedic, or adjacent healthcare markets.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship-building.
• Strong hunter mentality - you know how to find opportunities, create conversations, and move deals forward.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Experience selling into mid-market organizations; enterprise experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High ownership, self-direction, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from prospecting through close.
• Lead discovery, tailored demos, pricing discussions, negotiations, and contracting.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders across practice operations, billing/RCM, and executive leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with PT and orthopedic organizations and their decision-makers.
• Develop opportunities from initial conversations or pilots into broader, long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute an outbound strategy focused on PT and adjacent organizations.
• Leverage existing relationships to accelerate pipeline and open doors.
• Identify and develop new accounts through outbound prospecting and industry networks.
• Establish Hello Patient as a trusted technology partner within the PT market.
• Understand operational and financial challenges and connect them to measurable outcomes in patient engagement, billing, and revenue.
