What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive overall tissue volume growth in assigned regions by promoting precision oncology diagnostics
- Execute Laboratory Service Agreements and manage pricing negotiations with healthcare accounts
- Target and close new business opportunities in community oncology and academic cancer centers
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with pathologists, oncologists, and hospital administrators
- Deliver in-field training on pathology workflows and technology solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in account management within pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-related roles
- Deep knowledge of FFPE Tissue-based NGS/CGP testing and pathology workflows
- Proven ability to influence clinical decision-makers with a customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or clinical/lab background in life sciences, pathology, or related field
- Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting
- Ability to travel over 50% within your territory
