What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive overall tissue volume growth in assigned regions by promoting precision oncology diagnostics
- Execute Laboratory Service Agreements and negotiate pricing agreements with healthcare providers
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with pathologists, oncologists, and hospital administrators
- Deliver in-field training on pathology workflows and diagnostic tests to healthcare staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and forecast sales through CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in account management in pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-related roles
- Deep knowledge of FFPE Tissue based NGS/CGP testing and pathology workflows
- Proven track record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
- Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pathology, business, or a related field required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or clinical/lab background
- Experience selling diagnostics directly to pathologists
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to influence clinical decision-makers
