What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive overall tissue volume growth in assigned regions through strategic sales and education
- Execute Laboratory Service Agreements and negotiate pricing agreements
- Present Guardant services and solutions to C-level executives in hospitals and pathology departments
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with pathologists, oncologists, and hospital administrators
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and forecast sales via CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in account management in pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-related roles
- Deep knowledge of FFPE tissue-based NGS/CGP testing and pathology workflows
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to influence clinical decision-makers
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or clinical/lab background in life sciences, pathology, or business
- Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting
