What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and manage relationships with pathologists, lab directors, and healthcare professionals in your territory
- Lead business expansion opportunities with top U.S. cancer centers and pathology departments
- Educate clients on liquid biopsy, tissue testing, and molecular profiling through a consultative approach
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams to promote the oncology portfolio
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to meet growth goals and accurately forecast sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years in account management, pathology sales, diagnostics, lab services, or oncology-related roles
- Deep knowledge of pathology workflows, molecular diagnostics, or oncology therapeutic areas
- Proven ability to influence clinical decision-makers with a customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a consultative sales environment
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pathology, business, or a related field required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with pathology billing, reimbursement, and lab contracting
- Advanced degree or clinical/lab background
- Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
