Job description

Capitalize is seeking a dynamic, driven, professional self-starter to join our team of rock stars.

The Account Executive will work with and report to the Executive Vice President, Northeast GTM, during an exciting period of growth, driving all areas of sales. The ideal candidate is passionate, energetic, and dedicated to the growth of the company and our core values. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously are essential.

We operate under a “work from home” model, fostering a fluid, non-traditional, and relaxed culture with collaborative opportunities. The ideal candidate should be located in the greater Boston area to align with the territory.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop sales strategies to meet company sales goals and profitability.
  2. Engage and build relationships with vendor partners.
  3. Create campaigns around vendor partner solutions.
  4. Collaborate with Analytics Delivery and Advisory Services leadership for support on opportunities.
  5. Work with Sales Operations to register opportunities and generate quotes.
  6. Support outbound email campaigns, webinars, and industry blogs.
  7. Provide advice to clients, oversee delivery success, and ensure client satisfaction.
  8. Attend industry conferences to promote the Capitalize brand.
  9. Track opportunities, contacts, and activities in CRM (PipeDrive).
  10. Participate in weekly sales and event planning meetings.
  11. Manage the territory covering Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
  12. Be prepared and willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field (preferred).
  2. 3–5 years of software sales or consulting experience.
  3. Proficiency in marketing and sales campaigns.
  4. Knowledge of process automation, data analytics, and business intelligence.
  5. Familiarity with Capitalize’s technology partners.
  6. Candidates located in the greater Boston area are preferred.
