StackAdapt - Account Executive Role

StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions, including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game ads, and digital out-of-home ads. The AE role combines sales activities and customer relationship management. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for growing existing business and closing new programmatic advertising revenue from agencies and brands. A successful AE must understand the client’s long-term business objectives and seek partnership opportunities to grow their business with StackAdapt. You will work closely with Account Managers to expand and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions, and building strong relationships.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company, with regional hiring requirements. Candidates must be located in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US, specifically Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, D.C., or Virginia.

What you'll be doing:
  • Identifying, pitching, and closing platform sales deals with local agencies and brands
  • Collaborating with management and product teams to specify and build products
  • Managing existing client relations and seeking account growth opportunities
  • Working with your dedicated Account Manager to grow and retain accounts through new campaign strategies and relationship building
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Experience in digital advertising sales; programmatic experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools to build pipelines and ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and opportunities
  • Experience creating client pitch decks and conducting research to close new business
  • A proven track record of success in a quota-carrying environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform knowledge
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
