Position Details

Title: Account Executive with Uncapped and Lifetime Residual Commission

Location: 100% Remote / Field Based

Starting Base Salary: $50,000 + Uncapped Lifetime Residual Commission (OTE 2-3x Base)

Industry: Merchant Services / Payment Processing

About the Role

PepperPay seeks an Account Executive with experience driving sales for a Merchant Services company, preferably with an established book of business. If you're seeking an additional payment processor for your merchants and want to grow your book of business, apply now!

Responsibilities
  • Submit new merchant deals monthly
  • Present Pepper Pay payment processing solutions to potential clients and manage the full sales cycle, including paperwork
  • Own and manage your pipeline
  • Meet and exceed metrics set by leadership
  • Partner with Pepper Pay to onboard low risk and high risk merchants
  • Engage with Pepper Pay leadership for feedback
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • Selling Point of Sale Software and Systems (Preferred)
