Precision AQ, the leading payer marketing agency, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support our team remotely in the United States. You will lead internal teams, manage projects, and help develop marketing strategies that payers will remember.

The role requires a marketing-related degree and relevant internship or one year of experience in advertising or health communications. Benefits include bonus eligibility and comprehensive health plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Support client services by handling projects with the Project Management team to develop timelines, communicate achievements and flag red flags.
• Drive daily project activities by managing scope, changes, and roadblocks within timeline and budgets.
• Coordinate content planning meetings with key content experts.
• Daily client contact and reporting of next steps.
• Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory reviews to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budgets including direct and labor costs.
• Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports.

• Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of your client's deliverables.
• Support client services' efforts by handling projects, collaborating with the Project Management team to develop timelines, communicate achievements and identify possible red flags in projects.
• Drive the daily activities of a project by managing project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblocks, according to the timeline and budgets.
• Coordinate/participate in content planning meetings with key content experts.
• Daily client contact, prepare client contact reports and summarizes next steps.
• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to medical/regulatory/legal compliance.
• Contribute to the development of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budget including direct and labor costs; checking for out of scope items and hours.
• Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising
• Assistant Account Executive candidates should have relevant internship and/or minimum of one year practical work experience in advertising, marketing, or medical/health communications agency including responsibility in one or more of the following roles : Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit
• Experience with direct client contact

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Zinc or Veeva)
• Medical communications or healthcare industry experience
• Experience in writing SOWs and project briefs

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
