This range is provided by Lighthouse Lab Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Commission

Position Overview

Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a Account Executive, Laboratory Services in Vancouver, WA, to join their growing team. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing sales activities to grow current business and secure new clients within the territory.
  2. Collaborating with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and long-term account success.
About the Client

They are innovators in precision laboratory diagnostics, committed to improving healthcare accessibility through technology, logistics, and research, aiming to eliminate barriers and enhance medical testing access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the Business Development Director.
  • Target customers include substance abuse centers, opioid treatment centers, pain management, urology, OBGYN, and infectious disease specialists.
  • Manage existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies with the Director to promote growth.
  • Utilize HubSpot for managing customer pipeline and tracking activities like calls and meetings.
  • Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calls and in-person meetings, averaging 10-15 calls daily.
  • Manage expenses within budget, seeking approval for above-guideline costs.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and report on sales plans, coordinate key events, and communicate professionally through various media.
  • Self-manage time effectively to achieve goals.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements, including Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales of medical/life science products or services.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Pharmacogenetic or Toxicology laboratory testing sales.
  • Experience with medical documentation for insurance claims preferred.
  • Remote work with some travel required.
  • Salary range: $75K–$115K, with potential On-Target Earnings of $200K+.
