Responsible for managing client accounts and coordinating tour operations while ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
Maintain close communication and strong relationships with existing clients.
Prepare tour itineraries and tour cost estimates, respond promptly to emails and inquiries, and report any operational issues to the General Manager.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building professional relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of tour operations.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Provide on-site tour support and exceptional customer service when required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain assigned accounts and make every effort to keep accounts receivable current.
Ensure the accurate and efficient day-to-day operation of assigned tours.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
General office and administrative skills, including accurate typing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business software applications.
General knowledge of the travel industry.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
