Job description

The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and attaining quotas by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. This role includes opportunity identification, forecasting, sales execution, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, define, and qualify new sales opportunities by engaging large prospects and clients, focusing on securing strategic, high-value deals with both new and existing clients.
  • Develop sales strategies and revenue growth plans in collaboration with business unit leadership to drive significant business impact. Support strategic partnerships and sales channels as appropriate.
  • Monitor market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage complex client relationships and sales processes from inception to closure, including deal status, strategy, budget cycles, and stakeholder management. Lead contract negotiations effectively.
  • Track account and prospect activity in Salesforce, and generate reports on expected closures, prospect lists, and other relevant data as needed.
  • Meet quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours as required
  • Adherence to security policies to protect company and client information
  • Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods
