Job Description

We are excited to grow our team and are seeking an Account Executive within our sales team. The AE will actively source and close business through phone calls, web demos, and working with channel partners within a defined territory. We seek highly motivated sales professionals eager to develop their careers in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include producing and qualifying leads, booking demos, and preparing sales for closure through prospecting, research, and qualification of prospective clients. We value team players who bring their best every day.

What You'll Do

  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone within your territory.
  2. Make outbound calls to targeted end customers and reseller partners.
  3. Lead web demos with sourced prospects.
  4. Manage accounts post-sale to ensure growth and satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to grow business and meet quotas.
  6. Utilize Salesforce.com to manage leads, opportunities, tasks, and customer activity.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with reseller partners.
  8. Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

We're Looking For Someone With

  1. BA/BS degree preferred.
  2. 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience.
  3. Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
  4. Thrives in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
  5. Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and quick adaptability to new technologies.
  6. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  7. Professional, friendly, and positive demeanor.
  8. Excellent time management skills.
  9. Alignment with company values and willingness to contribute to team efforts.
  10. Energetic, eager to learn, with a can-do attitude.

Target Base Salary Range: $27,300 - $59,100. Compensation varies based on experience and skills, with the actual offer tailored to the individual candidate.

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of SaaS sales or 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
