Department OverviewMotorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI) is a global leader in mission-critical communications and analytics.We are excited to be growing our team and we're looking for our next Account Executive within the sales team. The role of the AE is to actively source and close business, which includes phone calls, web demos, and working with channel partners to win business within a defined territory. We are seeking highly motivated and driven sales professionals looking to grow their careers while working as part of a dynamic team. You will produce and qualify leads, book demos, and prep a sale for close by prospecting, researching and qualifying prospective clients. We champion those who bring their best to the team every day and come with their sleeves rolled up.
What You'll Do
Respond to inbound customer inquiries (live chat, email, phone) in your territory
Make outbound calls to targeted end customers and new reseller partners
Lead web demos with prospects you source
Manage accounts post-sale to grow account/ensure client and partner satisfaction
Strategically work with Regional Sales Manager to grow business and achieve quota
UtilizeSalesForce.com to manage leads/accounts, opportunity pipeline, tasks, and log customeractivity
Build and maintain relationships with our reseller partners
Responsible for full sales cycle
We're Looking For Someone With
EDUCATION: BA/BS preferred
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years, SaaS sales experience
Possess a strong phone presence and superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).Perseverant; works hard and handles objections well
Thrives in a competitive team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and picking up new technologies quickly as we advance
Strong organization and administration skills
Professional, friendly and positive disposition
Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Commitment to company vision, mission and values
Willing and able to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Energetic, eager to learn, can-do attitude.

Target Base Salary Range
$27,300.00 - $59,100.00Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
Basic RequirementsBachelor's degree with 2+ years of SaaS sales or 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
