Job summary

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive TV advertising revenue by calling on agencies and prospects and delivering compelling sales presentations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/advertising or related field, plus a minimum of one year in sales, preferably in media, and a valid driver's license. Build relationships and manage accounts with clients and station teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in media.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience achieving long-range objectives and implementing strategies to achieve them.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment.
