Location: Remote US

Compensation: $80,000 base with on-target earnings at $160,000 plus equity

Reports to: Manager of Mid-Market Sales

What You’ll Do: Huntress is growing our Mid-Market team and adding a Senior Account Executive. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to drive new business, work with SDRs on prospecting, and manage relationships with prospects and clients. This quota-carrying role is vital to Huntress's growth. We approach sales as an opportunity to educate and value solutions, not just closing deals. We seek individuals who are value-based sellers, coachable, curious, resilient, team-oriented, and customer-centric.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets by qualifying and closing opportunities at mid-sized companies.
  • Source new prospects creatively and position Huntress' offerings effectively.
  • Stay current on competitors and identify their strengths and vulnerabilities.
  • Use client feedback to develop strategies and influence decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless account management and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 2+ years of success in strategic sales and full-cycle sales at a tech company.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and creating new business.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and independent work.
  • Strong presentation, listening, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking, drive, initiative, and a growth mindset.
  • Team-oriented with knowledge sharing.
  • Cybersecurity sales knowledge is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
