If you would like to join us, we are looking for an Account Executive II who will be responsible for working alongside our Trust & Will for Professionals Account Executives to book appointments and help to build out a pipeline of prospects.

About You

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced individual contributor sales Account Executive to help drive growth by closing key accounts. You will work on B2B deals in the SMB & Mid-Market space with organizations who would like to offer Trust & Will as a subsidized benefit for their teams alongside the support of a Business Development Representative to drive leads for you.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for helping others and for driving business in a new vertical in a fast-paced startup environment. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and working remotely, taking initiative with client-related travel and conferences. Candidates must reside in California.

About The Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our West Coast territory to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Present the company's value proposition to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person, including at industry events with up to 30% travel.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to support sales goals, referrals, and renewals.
  • Utilize CRM data and analytics to track and improve personal sales performance.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and internal teams to build and increase the sales pipeline.
  • Manage the sales process from demo to close, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and forecasts with improvement recommendations.
  • Identify challenges in closing deals and develop solutions to improve sales processes.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of professional sales experience.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills, capable of addressing large groups virtually or in person.
  • Quickly become a subject matter expert in estate planning with ongoing learning curiosity.
  • Comfortable working independently with limited oversight.
  • Understanding of partner management, sales cycles, and revenue goals.
  • Passionate about helping members leave their legacy.
  • High ownership and accountability.

  • Experience selling into skilled labor industries like construction, healthcare, education, etc.
