Job summary

StormWater Pros is seeking an energetic Account Executive to drive growth in Hydrovac and CCTV services in Mesa, AZ. You will blend business development, account management, and sales support to generate new revenue and maximize truck utilization.

Working with the Regional Director of Business Growth, Dispatch, and Operations, you will promote hydrovac excavation, CCTV inspection, and related stormwater services while delivering exceptional service from first contact through project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management, or sales coordination in construction/field service is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, estimates, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, and utility clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and follow-up.
• Prepare customer estimates and service proposals for hydrovac and CCTV services.
• Manage leads and pipeline in the CRM and track progress across projects.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Operations to align commitments with resource availability.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and scheduling efficiency.
