Concierge Home Care in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a driven Home Health Account Executive to grow our referral network and census within the Spring Hill territory. You will manage relationships with senior living communities, physicians, and care teams to deliver resident-centered home health services.

Qualifications

• Active book of business within the territory

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships within senior living communities

• Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)
• Robust bonus structuretied to performance and episodic growth

Your Role – What You’ll Do

• Healthcare sales experience (home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison) preferred
• Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to travel within the territory
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership support
