Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Venice, FL seeks a Home Health Account Executive to grow census and manage referrals within Venice/Sarasota County. You’ll build relationships with physicians and facilities and drive growth in a mission-driven home health organization.

The role offers autonomy, a strong base salary of 75k–90k with robust bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, mileage or company vehicle, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active book of business within the territory (REQUIRED).
• Healthcare sales experience in home health, SNF, DME, hospice, or clinical liaison preferred.
• Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within the territory.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
• Ongoing mentorship and leadership support.
• Free Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
• Clear advancement pathways within a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)
