Regional Sales Manager, HOKA, Southeast

Location:

Remote (Georgia or Florida)

The Role

The HOKA Account Executive (AE) will manage an independent account base within the Independent Specialty access points. The AE will act as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners through effective communication, customer commitment, and business analysis. The role requires a strategic understanding of channel growth leveraging wholesale and retail data, marketplace, and consumer insights. The AE should be a passionate team player, thrive on collaboration, embrace disruption as an innovation accelerator, and possess a growth mindset.

Your Impact

The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Building relationships with independent retailers that foster trust and partnership.
  2. Developing seasonal strategies to grow business and market share, including forecasting, assortment planning, and account-level strategies.
  3. Leading cross-functional efforts from order entry to delivery and supporting partner activations.
  4. Positioning HOKA as a premium performance brand for long-term, profitable growth.
